Liam's first haircut

Liam is just about seventeen months and had never had any of his hair cut, EVER! Well I was giving him a bath this past Saturday night and noticed he had some quite long pieces of hair not only on the sides by his ears but on top as well. I thought he could definently use a trim. The thing is Paul has been bugging my to shave his head for months! Paul has this thing about his boy getting his head shaved and how cool he will look. So I asked Paul to come upstairs and talk to me about this hair dilemma. I told him I would be okay with him shaving Liam's hair this once to see how it will look. I thought we would shave it longer not anything to crazy extreme. Come to find out Paul only had a 1 guard. He said it would be fine and he would look great. I said okay and we then started. Liam did great at first, I welled up immediantly seeing that precious baby hair fall to the ground. After a few min. of the shaving Liam started freaking out and to finish was more than difficult. As you will see I don't know if Liam liked the hair cut either. For me most definently NOT! Next time it will be a trim.
