It Is Time To Share

So I have been waiting a while to post this blog but I wanted to wait for the right time, a time when I knew it was a for sure thing. Well today pretty much made it a for sure thing. Back in November me and Paul decided to start looking at houses and on the first day of looking with our real estate agent we found three houses we really liked out in Queen Creek. All of them were in our price range, had a good amount of square footage and were not in a piece of crap state. So we put bids in on all three of them. It is amazing how much paper work is involved, but oh little to our knowledge it was just the beginning. The bids were placed on a sunday November 8, 2009. Well by Monday November 9th we found out one of the houses we really wanted the biggest one and cheapest one we had won the bid! We were so excited but yet again it was just the beginning. This was a foreclosed home and was owned by the bank. Well once we decided to continue on in the process of buying this home escgrow started shortly after the bid went through and we did our house inspection shortly later, we thought wow things are really moving fast maybe we will be in before Christmas HA!! So after alot more paper work it went onto all what the lenders needed and just let me tell you, Paul will attest to this, they wanted to know every little thing that had happened to us the past three years what was happening to us now or what may happen to us in the next year! Every day three times a day Paul was getting called with more pieces of information needed numbers, w2's, times we clocked in at work what was the last 4 jobs we had, how much did we make at those jobs it was insane!!! So after over a month of all that they finally sent in all that paper work and after waiting a few more weeks we get a call alright come sign closing paper work everything looks good. And now Paul is going to go on one last walk through of our home and if all goes well which ya we will see we are hoping to get keys by Friday and at latest Tuesday of next week! So after some of my friends that know about all this I have finally posted some pictures of the home we will be moving into!
