An Unexpected Day Off

So today I was so excited! It was 4:55am when I was sleeping and was awakened by my cell phone ringing and since I was expecting to work today this phone call immediantly got me excited. You see at my job sometimes we do not have enough patients on the floor for all of the staff who are scheduled to work. Well this weekend was my weekend to work but Paul had the weekend off, therefore making me very sad that he would be home while I was working. So anyways, I picked up the phone in my half awaken sleep saying hello. The team leader was like Jenna guess what? I get to cancel you today and I was like really oh thank you and totally got to sleep for another four hours. Right now Paul has forced me to get on here and blog about my day as he is doing oil changes on our two cars and I was getting in the way. The jobs are taking a while and is not exactly how I wanted to spend my day off with him, but oh well I should not complain nonetheless. I have no idea what else my day will have in store for me except maybe a trip to the lovely grocery store I guess I will just have to wait and see......
